People ask me all the time what I love most about the park model business and my answer is, we’re building dreams as much as we are log cabins. Each model that comes to life in our plant is rooted in someone’s hopes and dreams. Whether it’s a family’s fishing cabin, a starter place for a young couple, or a getaway spot for new retirees - we’re invested in far more than four walls and a roof. From state to state, there are building standards to ensure that park model homes are constructed to code. We take those requirements seriously at Mountain View and have elected to advance our safety standards by complying to the more stringent regulations governed by the International Residence Code. We sleep better at night knowing our building and safety protocols are second to none.

Every Mountain View Custom Cabin is “Whole House Tested” before it leaves our plant. This quality control distinction means we bring our cabins to life by testing all the appliances, trying out every electrical socket, turning on the heat and air, and ensuring the functionality of every element in every cabin before it’s headed to you.

Our “Money Back Guarantee” is a particular point of pride. Like most companies in our industry, we ask our customers to make a $2,000 down payment to reserve a slot in our busy construction schedule. But UNLIKE many of our competitors, we’ll refund that deposit at any time before the final balance is due. The reason why is simple – people change their minds, unexpected circumstances occur and we can sell your cabin by sundown to someone on our waiting list!
